Each potential employee recieves support from a Hope Haven job coach who trains them appropriatly for the job.

As the employee adjusts to the work setting, the coach gradually reduces the time spent with the individual so that pride in independant workmanship can occur.

Hope Haven's staff maintains contact with the individual for the duration of employment, encouraging a high level of job preformance.
